📋 Description

• Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and financial investments using the TOTVS RM system. • Complete daily financial and accounting reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and consistency between the Finance and Accounting modules. • Consolidate control of a single daily cash position using TOTVS RM. • Manage the daily cash position, accurately recording all of the organization’s financial transactions. • Ensure that the daily cash flow is fully reconciled with financial and accounting records, eliminating discrepancies. • Automate and maintain reconciliation processes between Treasury, Accounting, and Finance, promoting efficiency and reducing errors and rework. • Ensure monthly financial reconciliations are closed by the second business day of the following month, with all transactions reviewed and approved. • Monitor, record, and control bank fees and costs daily, identifying variances and optimization opportunities. • Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and entries in TOTVS RM. • Track outstanding reconciliation items daily, following up with responsible parties and monitoring deadlines. • Verify fees, returns, interest, and transactions related to financial investments. • Support the Accounts Payable team with long-outstanding items when necessary. • Present a monthly report on fees paid and propose improvements to fee management. • Work collaboratively with the Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Payable teams to review processes and improve reconciliation routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Processes, or a related field. • Knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash flow processes. • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, concatenation, SUMIFS). • Basic knowledge of accounting and chart of accounts structures. • Experience extracting integrated financial reports. • Experience reconciling bank accounts for multiple companies/entities (tax identification numbers). • Familiarity with OFX and CNAB banking files and bank integration. • Interest in automating financial processes and using AI tools. • Knowledge of TOTVS RM (preferred).
