📋 Description

• Build, develop, and monetize the BESS portfolio • Manage the acquisition, marketing, and sale of BESS projects and portfolios • Support buy-side and sell-side transactions from initiation through due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring to closing • Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions in the BESS sector • Identify, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities • Contribute to hold/build-versus-sell decisions • Develop and implement marketing strategies • Prepare decision papers for management and the Investment Committee • Build and maintain a network of project developers, investors, energy companies, IPPs, and other market participants

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or project development related to BESS • Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and valuation • In-depth understanding of the energy and/or project development markets, ideally with an established network • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work • University degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • Fluent German and English, including professional-level negotiation skills
