📋 Description

• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice • Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries • Support Greencross clinics nationwide • Manage website enquiries and customer service requests • Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes • Provide leave coverage across the Client Services Team for the casual role

🎯 Requirements

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing • Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience • Clinical confidence and passion for exceptional customer service • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and remaining calm under pressure • Confidence making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions • Experience using RxWorks • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures • Ability to work independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team • Strong communication skills • Broad availability, including Saturdays, for the casual role • Reliable internet connection, ergonomic workstation, and quiet workspace
