📋 Description
• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice • Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries • Support Greencross clinics nationwide • Manage website enquiries and customer service requests • Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing • Has a minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience • Is clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure • Is confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions • Has experience using RxWorks • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail • Can follow detailed processes and procedures • Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team • Has strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners
