âą Collection and analysis of utility bills and consumption data âą Utility rebate program analysis âą Gather weather data and perform bin analysis âą Conduct measurement and verification âą Perform anomaly detection based on the utility consumption based on the site weather and occupancy âą Technology research âą Perform financial analysis âą Perform building load and energy analysis using DOE2 and Energy Plus based software âą Perform HVAC load analysis and evaluate system performance âą Be familiar with lighting upgrade energy conservation measures
