📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments • Translate company goals into clear priorities, plans, and accountability • Lead, coach, and develop managers and team leaders • Work directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational improvements • Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance standards • Identify operational problems, determine root causes, and implement lasting solutions • Build and improve SOPs, workflows, systems, and reporting • Improve efficiency, service quality, employee productivity, and client experience • Hold managers and teams accountable for performance and results • Coordinate across property management, field operations, finance, maintenance, and other teams • Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision • Make sound decisions that support company growth and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive operations, business management, property management, real estate, or related leadership experience • Proven experience managing teams and preferably managers or team leaders • Demonstrated success improving business operations and processes • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting • Strong leadership, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to hold people accountable and manage difficult situations • AI-driven mindset is required, with a willingness to use AI to improve workflows, decision-making, and productivity • Experience in property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or HOA/condominium management preferred • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms preferred • Experience building SOPs, KPI dashboards, organizational structures, or management systems preferred • Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted processes preferred • Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Asana, or similar platforms preferred • Experience working directly with executives, owners, or a CEO preferred
