📋 Description

• Support the HR Team and Hiring Managers • Build and maintain a talent pipeline • Run creative, targeted sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn and specialized platforms • Review resumes and conduct structured video screens • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit • Understand role requirements and deliver shortlists with assessment notes • Manage job postings across job boards • Keep the BambooHR pipeline clean, current, and visible • Coordinate international interviews across multiple time zones • Help prepare and extend offers with the HR Team • Serve as a transparent and prompt candidate point of contact • Provide general HR team support and assist with ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Professional and engaging phone presence • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple complex schedules and pipelines simultaneously • Comfortable learning and working with recruitment software, specifically a BambooHR ATS • Genuine curiosity for connecting business goals with people strategy • Drive to learn about various digital/tech roles • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment coordination role (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter/Navigator (nice-to-have) • Experience in a remote-first or international business setting (nice-to-have)
