📋 Description

• Own global implementation at Gridsight • Lead the global implementation function and regional implementation teams • Turn customers’ raw grid data into accurate models inside Gridsight’s platform • Extract, validate and transform customer data into Gridsight’s schema • Maintain utility network models on a recurring cadence throughout the contract lifecycle • Improve scoping and implementation planning, including commitments, dependencies, risks and customer responsibilities • Maintain portfolio reviews, delivery forecasting, risk management and executive escalation processes • Stay close to active implementations and intervene on process, tooling or technical issues • Define a balanced scorecard for time to value, cycle time, forecast accuracy, quality, rework, automation coverage, regional capability and customer outcomes • Build the Implementation Centre of Excellence, including its charter, service catalogue, governance model and cross-functional interfaces • Own implementation methodologies, patterns, playbooks, templates, checklists, reusable configurations and knowledge base • Create consistent technical and quality standards across platforms and regions • Convert implementation lessons into improved standards, product requirements, automations and enablement • Lead the transition to a Centre of Excellence model supporting regional end-to-end delivery • Define regional capabilities, roles, capacity and operating responsibilities • Build regional training, shadowing, certification and coaching programs • Establish regional readiness gates, support boundaries and escalation paths • Own data landing as implementation’s automation service area • Partner with Data Platform on transformation tooling and warehouse design • Improve customer data intake through automated checks, verification, feedback and exception handling • Ensure workflows support safe and independent regional operation • Ensure implementation tooling is maintainable, secure, observable and owned • Drive AI enablement across implementation workflows • Build the central Centre of Excellence team shape and capability plan • Set standards for technical judgment, delivery discipline, documentation, ownership and customer empathy • Foster a culture of urgency, quality and continuous system improvement • Partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering and Customer teams • Initially report to the VP Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading global implementation functions and regional implementation teams • Ability to improve delivery quality, predictability and customer time to value • Experience building an Implementation Centre of Excellence • Ability to define systems, standards, governance models and interfaces for scalable global delivery • Experience enabling regional teams to own end-to-end implementation delivery • Ability to automate repeatable work and develop scalable systems, tools and reusable assets • Technical judgment and experience reviewing technical designs • Experience with implementation planning, portfolio reviews, delivery forecasting, risk management and executive escalation • Ability to define and use implementation performance scorecards • Experience developing implementation methodologies, playbooks, templates, checklists, reusable configurations and knowledge bases • Experience establishing technical and quality standards across platforms and regions • Experience with training, shadowing, certification and coaching programs • Experience defining regional readiness gates, support boundaries and escalation paths • Experience with customer data intake, automated checks, verification, feedback and exception handling • Ability to partner with Data Platform on transformation tooling and warehouse design • Experience ensuring implementation tooling is maintainable, secure, observable and owned • Ability to drive AI enablement across implementation workflows • Experience building team shapes and capability plans • Ability to partner across Commercial, Product, Engineering and Customer functions • Strong delivery discipline, documentation, ownership and customer empathy
