📋 Description

• Own and improve the technical pipeline, including tooling, automation, data flows, and standards • Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on improved workflows • Provide focus and direction for AI exploration • Identify bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable solutions • Work hands-on when needed and standardize successful solutions for the wider team • Shape technical and production roles as the company grows • Keep INDG’s technology current and competitive • Help define how apparel, footwear, and luxury products are represented digitally at scale • Connect CGI quality, pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and production-team needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical role such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar • Solid knowledge of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production • Scripting knowledge sufficient to guide developers and make sound technical decisions • Systems thinking and a hands-on approach • Curiosity about AI and ability to distinguish useful applications from hype • Clear communication across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers • Experience with product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twins is a strong plus • Familiarity with C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, and AI tools • Resume and cover letter submitted in English • EU passport or valid permit/visa to work in the Netherlands if working from the Amsterdam office
