⢠Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives ⢠Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities ⢠Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth ⢠Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans ⢠Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution ⢠Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities.
⢠Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1) ⢠Strong proficiency in English (at least B2) ⢠Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment ⢠Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets ⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ⢠Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems ⢠Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting ⢠Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
