📋 Description

• Support with accounting matters and preparation of documents for the tax advisor • Prepare and manage invoices • Process and verify bank transfers • Support day-to-day organizational tasks • Plan and organize team activities, offsites, and workations • Support internal processes and administrative tasks • Communicate with service providers, partners, and occasionally clients • Provide general back-office and operations support • Occasionally assist with research and planning tasks

🎯 Requirements

• You are highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently • You have previous commercial, administrative, or organizational experience • You take initiative and identify potential issues before they become problems • You work carefully and in a structured manner • You are communicative and friendly • You are comfortable quickly learning new topics and tools • You enjoy organizing and managing many different small tasks in parallel • You are fluent in German • You can communicate confidently in English, as our team works internationally • Bonus: Experience with accounting, communicating with tax advisors, or working in an agency or startup environment
