📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, email, SMS, and social media • Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs • Book appointments and discovery calls for the sales team or client • Follow up consistently with leads to increase response and conversion rates • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and appointments in the CRM • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules • Track outreach performance and provide updates on lead activity • Support lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies • Communicate professionally and build rapport with prospects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales outreach • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections • Experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets • Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations • Reliable, proactive, and results-oriented • Experience working with international clients is a plus
