• Create and manage a clear content strategy aligned with business goals • Build and maintain an editorial/content calendar • Plan content around programs, launches, events, and key campaigns • Write and edit blog posts, website content, email newsletters, and long-form articles • Repurpose content across platforms (blog → email → social) • Ensure all content matches the brand voice, tone, and messaging • Upload, update, and manage content on the website (CMS) • Apply basic SEO best practices to blog and website content • Optimize existing content for clarity, engagement, and performance • Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) • Use insights to improve future content and strategy • Work closely with the founder to shape messaging and thought leadership • Coordinate with designers, video editors, or external partners if needed
• 3+ years experience in content management, content marketing, or editorial roles • Strong writing and editing skills (long-form and short-form) • Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Kajabi, or similar) • Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks • Experience in coaching, wellness, or personal development industries • Email marketing experience • Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms • Background working with founders or personal brands
