Growth Leads also offers web design, development, graphic design, video marketing and SEO services, and partners with industry journalists and affiliates to create targeted media placements and strategic partnerships.

📋 Description

• Design and own the medallion framework: Bronze for raw landing, Silver for cleaned and conformed data, and Gold for business-ready marts • Design the core dimensional model of facts and dimensions, including traffic, clicks, registrations, deposits, commissions, and costs, with clear grain and conformed keys • Build tested and documented transformation models with agreed business definitions • Write and maintain Airflow DAGs • Use ClickHouse for high-volume event data • Add data quality checks and alerts • Help integrate new data sources • Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews • Own the data model that turns raw data into trusted, business-ready numbers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years' working experience as a Data Engineer or Data Warehouse developer • Working experience in the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry • Excellent, confident SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query tuning on large datasets • Very good, production-level Python for pipelines, API integrations, and automation • Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery, or Snowflake or Redshift • ClickHouse experience is a plus • Strong data modelling skills: star schemas, fact grain, conformed dimensions, slowly changing dimensions, and surrogate keys • Proven experience designing and building a layered medallion architecture in production • Experience with Git and CI/CD • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Copilot, with review of their output • Very good communication skills in English; English is mandatory • Experience with Spark/PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, AWS (S3, AppFlow, Step Functions), ClickHouse, or Terraform is nice to have
