📋 Description

• Draft and refine the instructions that shape how AI agents behave • Support the creation of new agent demos • Review agent interactions for quality and flag issues • Help maintain and update content used by AI agents • Work closely with the technical team to learn and apply company processes

🎯 Requirements

• Regular, hands-on experience with AI chat tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and the ability to refine a prompt to get a better result • Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail, with the ability to work through dense material and follow a defined format precisely • Psychometric score of 700 or above • Basic technical literacy (e.g. reading JSON, using web-based dashboards) • Background in a STEM field (engineering, exact sciences, or similar) - nice to have
