📋 Description

• Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for real estate and small-business clients. • Turn around revisions promptly based on written feedback (occasional live Zoom check-ins as projects require). • Keep design work aligned with each client's brand and messaging. • Manage your own project queue and communicate proactively on timelines. • Stay current on design trends relevant to real estate and small-business marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design - illustrative work and typography a plus. • 1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, and InDesign). • Comfortable communicating in written English; conversational English for occasional calls. • Self-directed — able to manage multiple small projects without close oversight. • Bonus: basic copywriting ability for design-adjacent text (headlines, CTAs).
