📋 Description

• Develop integrated evidence strategies, including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling, to meet payer and country needs • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D Project Teams to embed payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into clinical development programmes • Co-lead evidence-generation projects and communicate results through publications, conference presentations and other relevant channels • Drive early payer engagement and support successful Health Technology Assessment submissions, including AMNOG, NICE and JCA • Lead the development of economic models, value materials and innovative tools supporting launch preparation, payer negotiations and local market access • Integrate country requirements into global strategies to enable successful affiliate-level commercialisation • Build relationships with external health economic experts, clinical opinion leaders, policymakers, organisations and industry peers • Strengthen HEOR capabilities and support development of a broader Market Access advisory network across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• An advanced university degree, at Master’s level or above, in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or a related discipline • Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HEOR and Real-World Evidence • Strong track record in developing and publishing economic models and real-world evidence for market access purposes • Experience leading early payer engagement and successful HTA submissions that achieved meaningful value recognition • Experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional matrix environment • Experience within speciality medicine • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect local competitive considerations with global and international priorities • Confidence navigating ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity in a fast-paced environment • Proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation, economic modelling, pricing and market access • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
