📋 Description
• Assess users' needs to resolve inquiries and issues in collaboration with the technology team; • Direct communication with candidates to provide a more human-centered service; • Creation, consolidation, and management of KPIs for support efficiency and quality;
🎯 Requirements
• Ownership mindset: individuals who can fully take responsibility for a pillar of major importance at Gupy; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical analysis, and a customer-oriented mindset; • Advanced Excel; • Availability for 6 hours per day, with a flexible schedule; • Some experience with programming and/or website creation is a plus.
