📋 Description

• Ensure applications and resources adopt best practices for performance, security, technical excellence, and governance • Serve as a reference in software architecture, especially Cloud Native, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures • Apply secure development practices, profiling, and performance analysis for applications and databases, as well as monitoring • Understand and apply generative AI, LLMs, and market frameworks/models, including open-source solutions, ChatGPT, and Bedrock • Support and implement technology governance through an Architecture Board, ADRs, Tech Radar, and technical maturity indicators • Define architectural standards for frontend, mobile, backend, APIs, messaging, and cloud, creating blueprints and ensuring consistency across squads and business units • Lead CI/CD, DevSecOps, security automation, unit, integration, and E2E testing, continuous quality, and infrastructure as code (IaC) • Advance Developer Experience (DX) through internal tools, templates, and automation • Establish SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, incident management, and post-mortems • Serve as a technical reference for architects, Tech Leads, and senior engineers by developing talent, facilitating technical discussions, and influencing without formal authority

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including at least 5 years in senior technical leadership • Experience in complex environments involving multiple products/business areas, as well as implementing governance and enterprise standards • Experience with Cloud Native, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure • Observability: New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus • Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Pub/Sub • Familiarity with generative AI applied to development, internal platforms, SaaS integrations, and mobile • Bachelor's degree or higher • Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional; OCI Architect Associate/Professional; OCI Multicloud Architect Professional; OCI Migration Architect Professional; OCI-certified and AWS-certified instructor • Competencies: systems thinking, influence, clear communication, data- and impact-driven decision-making, balancing standardization with autonomy, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
