📋 Description

• Join a global technology team, contributing to the implementation and evolution of marketing automation solutions • Develop and configure solutions in Adobe Marketo Engage, including Programs, Smart Campaigns, Workflows, Forms, Landing Pages, Emails, Templates, and Segmentation • Implement lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and nurture processes, as well as consent and preference rules • Develop and support integrations between Marketo, CRM systems, websites, APIs, and data platforms • Configure reusable structures and templates for campaigns and automations • Execute unit, integration, and regression testing • Troubleshoot campaigns, synchronizations, integrations, data quality, and deliverability issues • Prepare technical documentation, field mappings, and test evidence • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Architecture, and Development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or related fields • Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, including Programs and Smart Campaigns, Workflows, Forms and Landing Pages, Emails and Templates, Tokens, and Segmentation • Experience with lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and nurture programs • Knowledge of Marketo integrations, REST APIs, Webhooks, and CRM synchronization • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applied to emails and landing pages • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and campaign quality assurance • Advanced/fluent English proficiency • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Preferred: experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce or other enterprise CRMs • Preferred: knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Analytics • Preferred: experience with deliverability, attribution, and campaign performance • Preferred: experience developing reusable templates • Preferred: Adobe Marketo Engage certification
