📋 Description

• Drive technical execution and solve high-impact distribution problems. • Build systems for the next decade and design highly scalable, resilient systems. • Support low-latency conversational journeys, complex microservices orchestration, and real-time ML processing. • Work across multiple engineering teams through a unified selection process. • Explore team placement based on experience, interests, and hiring needs at the final stage. • Participate in application review, CV screening, recruiter interview, live coding, architecture and technical leadership interviews, and offer stages.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, leading the delivery of high-volume, high-concurrency, and mission-critical distributed systems. • Deep knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms, distributed data consistency, fault tolerance, and system optimization. • Understanding of data-intensive applications and readiness to build architectures that support Machine Learning/AI features at scale. • Proven ability to analyze and clearly articulate engineering trade-offs. • Demonstrated ability to remove barriers to collaboration, lead difficult structural conversations, and foster an inclusive engineering culture. • Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English skills (mandatory). • Prior experience designing architectures that natively integrate with LLMs, multi-agent AI systems, or high-volume data pipelines. • Strong background in FinOps and cost optimization for high-throughput cloud environments. • Solid experience migrating legacy monolithic systems to highly decoupled, event-driven architectures. • Experience with, or adaptability to, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, Python, React, AWS, and AI tools such as Claude Code is relevant to the technology environment.
