📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to the team’s progress • Promote agile practices, including incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery • Mediate and resolve conflicts constructively • Motivate teams and foster a positive, collaborative work environment • Prioritize features that generate the greatest business impact and value • Use Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and controlling activities, as well as version control, builds, releases, and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including their principles, practices, and applicability in different contexts • Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira and Trello, for planning, tracking, and controlling team activities • Knowledge of the Azure DevOps platform, including its features for project management, source code version control, builds and releases, and testing • In-depth understanding of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) • Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies effectively and engagingly, ensuring the active participation of all team members • Ability to identify, analyze, and remove impediments that may block the team’s progress • Knowledge and experience applying agile practices, including incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts constructively • Ability to inspire and motivate teams • Focus on delivering customer value incrementally and continuously • Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, or ASM certifications are a plus • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus • Experience in leadership roles managing development teams at merchant acquiring companies is a plus • Preferred educational background listed in the application: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree/technologist qualification, or technical education
