📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring active participation from team members • Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to the team’s progress • Promote agile practices to optimize development and the delivery of value to customers • Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment • Motivate teams and create a positive and challenging work environment • Prioritize features with the greatest impact and business value • Support the incremental and continuous delivery of value to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban • Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello • Knowledge of the Azure DevOps platform, including project management, code versioning, build and release, and testing • Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Ability to identify, analyze, and remove impediments • Knowledge and experience in incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery • Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts • Ability to inspire and motivate teams • Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, or ASM certifications are a plus • Experience in the financial industry is a plus • Experience in team leadership roles within development teams at merchant acquiring companies is a plus • Education: Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, or technical education
