📋 Description

• Ensure the continuous evolution and value creation of digital financial products; • Connect business, customer, and technology needs; • Manage and prioritize the backlog, aligning deliveries with the business strategy; • Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories; • Serve as the liaison between business, technology, UX/UI, and operations; • Lead discovery, refinement sessions, and alignment meetings with the development team; • Monitor the development and implementation of features; • Track performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve financial products; • Support roadmap definition and ensure deliveries are aligned with customer needs and the company’s financial objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; • Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role at a digital bank, fintech, financial institution, or payment institution; • Knowledge of financial products such as cards, credit, payments, digital accounts, or acquiring services; • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, refining requirements, and writing user stories; • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; • Experience working at the intersection of business, technology, UX/UI, and other departments; • Analytical ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, performance indicators, and business value; • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
