📋 Description

• Work within Finanças GB, Grupo Boticário’s B2B digital platform for franchisee financial management • Lead the development of highly complex and business-critical back-end solutions • Support the migration and architectural transition from .NET to Node.js/TypeScript, with a focus on performance and maintainability • Define, implement, and audit code excellence standards and automated testing pipelines • Serve as the focal point for security, Security by Design, and system hardening • Ensure corporate compliance and the protection of sensitive transactional data • Act as a technical reference for the escalation of critical incidents, leading root-cause analysis and permanent fixes • Conduct observability analyses, including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing • Identify bottlenecks and design solutions for high-volume workloads and transactional scale • Design distributed microservices architectures, caching strategies, and integrations in collaboration with Tech Leads and Technical Specialists • Propose and implement integrations of AI and Machine Learning models into the back end • Mentor Mid-Level and Senior Developers and share advanced knowledge across squads • Keep technical and architecture documentation up to date, detailed, and standardized

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in back-end software engineering, working at Senior or Specialist level • Experience modernizing and migrating systems from .NET Full Framework to .NET Core and Node.js/TypeScript • Strong foundation in C#/.NET and advanced proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript • Advanced knowledge of MongoDB (NoSQL) • Experience with message brokers and asynchronous messaging, such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies • Advanced knowledge of Clean Architecture, Ports and Adapters/Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) • Knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented design • Consistent experience with unit and integration testing • Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP and highly scalable distributed microservices architectures • In-depth knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, system hardening, and compliance and information security audits • Experience resolving bottlenecks, analyzing latency, and optimizing efficiency in transactional environments • Experience working with Scrum/Kanban and software engineering best practices • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, and integrating intelligent models into back-end systems is a plus
