📋 Description

• Translate strategic business needs into AI products and solutions, leading problem definition, opportunity prioritization, and alignment between business and technology through to value delivery • Design high-level architectures for systems and solutions based on Generative AI, traditional Machine Learning, and LLMs • Ensure scalability, governance, and technical feasibility of solutions • Assess technical feasibility and potential return on investment of AI initiatives • Provide technical guidance to squads or development teams during solution implementation • Map market trends, new tools, and AI solutions • Ensure compliance with information security, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), and ethical/responsible AI practices • Monitor, forecast, and optimize recurring AI infrastructure costs, including LLM token usage, inference time, GPU instances, and external API calls • Ensure architectures are financially viable and sustainable over the long term

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration with a focus on Technology, or related fields • Strong prior experience working on Data, Advanced Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence projects • Hands-on experience designing technology solutions, including ecosystems, API integrations, data pipelines, and model consumption • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and classical Machine Learning techniques • Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and their AI/Data services • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to directors and executives and translate business goals for developers • Focus on pragmatic problem-solving, cost-effectiveness, and value delivery • Ability to manage stakeholders, align expectations, and prioritize demands • Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous, and transformative environments • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) — desirable • Certifications in Cloud Architecture or Data/AI Architecture — desirable • Postgraduate degree/MBA in AI or Business — a plus
