📋 Description

• Build, test, and iterate on MVPs and applications for internal employee-journey products • Evaluate and implement integrations between corporate platforms, satellite HR systems, and APIs • Compare and propose pragmatic architectural scenarios to test hypotheses before handing them over to engineering teams • Develop clean, maintainable, and functional code while balancing speed and quality • Participate in technical discussions and requirements refinement within the Experimentation Squad • Support the selection of technologies and approaches for new products • Document architecture and share learnings through the repository/Git • Conduct knowledge transfer to support and rollout teams • Connect satellite systems, ERPs, and HR/ServiceNow platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend and/or full-stack development • Versatility with Node.js, Kotlin, Java, and/or React • Pragmatic and flexible mindset, focused on delivering value quickly and validating MVPs • Ability to assess architectural scenarios, weighing development effort against ease of maintenance and support • Strong expertise in building and integrating APIs, microservices, and consuming RESTful endpoints • Strong communication, teamwork, and a collaborative approach • Previous experience with ServiceNow is a plus • Experience with solutions for internal HR journeys/products or Corporate Solutions is a plus • Experience in experimentation, innovation, or rapid product validation squads is a plus
