📋 Description

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs • Troubleshoot and provide functional and technical solutions across ServiceNow modules • Develop enhancements, workflows, catalog items, and platform configurations • Support integrations and automation initiatives • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders globally • Monitor platform performance and ensure platform stability • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles • Support testing and user acceptance activities • Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required • Experience with ITSM • Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) • Experience with Service Catalog / Catalog Management • Experience with Flow Designer • Experience with Integration Hub • Experience with Virtual Agent • Experience with Now Assist • Experience with JavaScript • Experience with Glide API • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Experience with workflow automation • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Fluent English communication skills • Ability to collaborate with global teams and occasionally overlap with India business hours • CIS Certifications (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD) nice to have • Experience with ITOM and HRSD modules nice to have • Agile/Scrum experience nice to have • Experience in global enterprise environments nice to have
