📋 Description

• Serve as the design reference for digital channels across the Ecommerce and Consumer ecosystem, with a focus on self-service journeys • Transform and modernize self-service experiences and digital channels • Reduce transfers to human support and mitigate operational tracking issues • Integrate innovative solutions with artificial intelligence virtual assistants • Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, usability testing, benchmarking, and interviews • Turn data into actionable insights and monitor design and business metrics • Develop end-to-end solutions guided by heuristics, usability, information architecture, WCAG, and data • Incorporate AI tools into initiatives and evolve virtual assistant and self-service journeys • Communicate design decisions and influence roadmap prioritization • Collaborate with logistics, shipping, disputes, product, and engineering teams in matrixed environments • Lead ongoing validation, A/B testing, and agile experimentation focused on conversion and operational efficiency • Facilitate ideation, co-creation, and multidisciplinary workshops • Ensure compliance with and evolution of the corporate Design System and digital accessibility standards • Work with PMs and engineering on backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product design (UX/UI), working end to end to build and evolve complete user journeys • Extensive experience in ecommerce, highly complex digital products, or self-service/customer support channels • Advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research, information architecture, prototyping, and design tools • Experience with Figma, Miro, and usability testing tools • Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools in product design workflows • Practical knowledge and rigorous application of WCAG guidelines and Design System governance • Analytical capabilities focused on business metrics and A/B testing • Ability to align and coordinate requirements with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments • Experience with scalable self-service journeys, chat, chatbots, or AI-based virtual assistants is a plus • A postgraduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Design, Business, Technology, or Product are a plus
