📋 Description

• Actively manage and optimize the entire software lifecycle (Development, Operations, and Support) for the Finance function • Ensure system stability and continuous improvement • Proactively seek system solutions and process improvements that add value to the business • Monitor technology trends and advancements, recommending and implementing innovations • Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of robust SAP solutions • Maintain a consultative relationship with users (Key Users), enhancing applications and information quality • Translate challenges into clear and effective specifications • Ensure compliance with established IT policies, standards, and processes • Share knowledge and best practices • Work with multidisciplinary teams (Key Users, Tech teams, and vendors), leading solutions, system specifications, quality, development, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise, senior-level perspective, and in-depth knowledge of mission-critical environments • Experience in systems, with in-depth knowledge of SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) across Finance processes (FI/CO modules) • SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance expertise in the Core modules (New GL, AR, AP, and AA) • Proven experience with SAP ECC-to-SAP S/4HANA conversion and/or implementation projects, using SAP Activate or a similar methodology • In-depth knowledge of business process flows in the industrial and/or distribution sectors • Ability to drive improvements and take ownership of end-to-end problem resolution • Ability to analyze problems, challenge processes, and seek robust solutions • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments, vendors, and third parties as an internal consultant • Experience working in agile and collaborative teams • Ability to work independently • Experience in Management Accounting (Controlling – CO) is a plus • Practical experience with Workflow and debugging skills (code reading) is a plus • Experience with or familiarity with SAP Fiori is a plus
