📋 Description

• Your role will be pivotal in managing and evolving the SAP environment for Finance, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business needs: • Actively work to ensure and optimize the entire software lifecycle (Development, Operations and Maintenance) for the Finance area, guaranteeing system stability and continuous evolution • Proactively seek system solutions and process improvements that add business value. This includes actively monitoring trends and technological evolution to recommend and implement innovations; • Lead the technical design, configuration and deployment of robust SAP solutions based on best practices and the resolution of complex problems; • Maintain close, consultative contact with users (Key Users) to improve applications and data quality, turning challenges into clear, effective specifications; • Keep strategic alignment, ensuring full compliance with IT policies, standards and processes, acting as a multiplier of knowledge and best practices; • Work with multidisciplinary teams (Key Users, Tech and vendors), focusing on identifying and leading solutions, preparing system specifications, and ensuring quality, development and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• We are looking for someone with proven expertise, a senior mindset and deep knowledge of mission-critical environments; • Experience in systems, with deep knowledge of SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) in Financial processes (FI/CO module); • Be an SAP ECC or S/4 Finance Specialist in Core modules (New GL, AR, AP, AA); • Proven experience in conversion and/or implementation projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, using the SAP Activate methodology or similar; • Deep knowledge of business/process flows in industrial and/or distribution sectors; • Ability to be the person who drives improvements, taking responsibility for full problem resolution; • Skill in conducting deep problem analysis, challenging processes and always seeking the most robust solution; • Ease in relating to other areas, vendors and third parties and in building trusted relationships, acting as an internal consultant; • Experience in agile, collaborative teams; ability to work autonomously; • Desirable experience in Managerial Accounting (Controlling - CO); • Desirable hands-on experience with Workflow and debugging skills (reading) for analysis and troubleshooting; • Desirable experience or familiarity with SAP Fiori to improve the user experience.
