📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical reference (Staff Engineer) for the Automation and CVM Growth engineering teams • Drive architecture decisions, tool stack selection, ecosystem integration, and the development of new solutions • Support and guide the selection of the best solutions for building new tools, products, and integrations • Assess the feasibility and need to develop in-house tools currently sourced from the market • Consider business needs, customization complexity, and cost efficiency • Support architecture and integration decisions across CDPs, CRM, Automation, and APIs • Provide technical support to the CDP & Automation, CRM, Solutions, and CVM Tech management teams in the strategic direction of the tools ecosystem • Own engineering operational health, including monitoring, resilience, technical debt, and Cloud cost governance and optimization (AWS/GCP) • Act as a technical mentor and reference for the Automation and CVM Growth engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Specialist, Technical Lead, or Staff Engineer in large-scale technology environments • Analytical and technical ability to assess replacing market solutions with highly customized proprietary solutions • Strong experience with Cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) • Experience with Node.js • Experience with Python (Django) • Experience with APIs/Apigee • Experience with queues/messaging (SQS/Kafka) • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases • Experience or knowledge of cloud infrastructure cost management and efficiency (FinOps) • Advanced emotional intelligence • Strong communication skills with senior leadership (Director/VP level), non-technical stakeholders, and external partners • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Ability to translate technical infrastructure into direct business impact and align technology with the company’s KRs
