📋 Description

• Translate customer requirements into dataset plans, delivery scopes, milestones, and execution paths • Serve as a primary customer contact and manage expectations throughout delivery • Lead end-to-end program management from initial specification through QA, packaging, and final delivery • Use SQL and Python to construct cohorts, evaluate data readiness, validate coverage, and support customer-specific requirements • Assess tradeoffs across healthcare modalities, sources, and delivery approaches • Create plans connecting solution architecture, partner constraints, privacy requirements, and delivery execution • Oversee QA for EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured-text datasets • Coordinate with data partners to source and refine healthcare datasets • Partner with privacy stakeholders on HIPAA-aware handling and safeguards • Manage multiple simultaneous projects while tracking priorities, risks, and dependencies • Identify improvements to planning, QA, communication, and delivery workflows • Independently manage complex healthcare opportunities and improve operating rhythm and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer-facing experience and comfort leading technical conversations with clarity and confidence • Deep hands-on fluency in SQL and Python for cohorting, coverage analysis, and data-readiness work • Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities such as EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities and real deadlines • Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques and practical quality requirements of healthcare data delivery • Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, enterprise data platforms, or similarly technical healthcare environments • Startup comfort, strong ownership, and a high bar for kindness and follow-through • Ability to handle HIPAA-aware data practices and appropriate safeguards • Willingness to answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
