📋 Description

• Assess and consolidate the current architectural landscape, identifying characteristics, patterns, capabilities, dependencies, and opportunities for evolution • Build, document, and evolve Reference Architectures • Define reusable architectural standards, components, and building blocks • Define integrations, assumptions, constraints, and architectural drivers • Develop target architectures to guide technological evolution • Design transition architectures between the current environment and the desired architecture • Analyze interdependencies across applications, data, integration, security, infrastructure, and cloud • Conduct technical studies to assess and compare architectural alternatives • Produce technical analyses and recommendations for evolving Reference Architectures • Identify modernization patterns and strategies for legacy technologies • Create and maintain diagrams, blueprints, catalogs, decision records, and other architectural artifacts • Support the continuous evolution of architectural references • Assess the impacts of technology obsolescence and propose architectural direction • Consider business area needs and the organization’s strategic drivers • Promote the reuse of capabilities and architectural patterns across initiatives • Contribute to consistency and alignment among architectural decisions • Provide technical support to business areas in using and evolving architectural reference models • Primarily architectural, consultative, and strategic work spanning different initiatives
