📋 Description

• Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery through delivery • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows • Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements • Identify and evaluate process optimization opportunities using Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation • Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation • Define project KPIs, track delivery against business objectives, and report progress to leadership • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Build relationships with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, and share insights with the wider team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline • Full-time, two-year MBA from a premier business school • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Partner, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis practices • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data analysis and reporting • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies • Prior exposure to M&A integration or large-scale enterprise transformation programs • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms • Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation, or AI-related certifications
