• Phone support • Chat system support • Backlog management • High-level customer support • Troubleshooting and issue resolution • Ticket backlog analysis
• 2 to 5 years of Help Desk support experience • Positive attitude and professionalism • Proficiency in English (Fluent) and Portuguese • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic to intermediate IT knowledge • Spanish knowledge is a plus
