📋 Description

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy for enterprise and high-value client accounts. • Translate business goals into scalable organic growth roadmaps. • Lead strategic planning across technical SEO, content SEO, semantic SEO, and authority building. • Present growth strategies, forecasting, and SEO recommendations confidently to stakeholders. • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry trends. • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO Specialists and Executives. • Review audits, keyword research, content briefs, reports, and implementation plans. • Build SEO SOPs, workflows, QA systems, and best-practice documentation. • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. • Lead advanced keyword research, entity research, and semantic topic clustering. • Ensure accurate intent mapping across informational, commercial, and transactional queries. • Identify SERP opportunities, content gaps, and topical authority opportunities. • Drive visibility across AI-powered search experiences including Google AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. • Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies focused on semantic relevance and entity authority. • Optimize content for AI retrieval, summarization, conversational search, and answer-engine discoverability. • Guide teams on AI-first content structures and LLM-friendly optimization techniques. • Lead SEO-first content strategies and roadmap planning. • Ensure compliance with EEAT principles across all content initiatives. • Guide optimization for featured snippets, People Also Ask, rich results, and AI-ready content formats. • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for holistic execution. • Lead advanced technical SEO audits and implementation strategies. • Oversee improvements in Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, schema, and performance. • Build scalable SEO automation workflows using Python, APIs, AI tools, and crawler integrations. • Automate repetitive SEO tasks such as audits, reporting, metadata generation, and internal linking analysis. • Lead ethical and scalable link-building and digital PR initiatives. • Guide AI-assisted outreach and personalization workflows. • Monitor backlink quality and domain authority metrics. • Own SEO reporting frameworks, KPIs, forecasting, and business-impact tracking. • Build advanced dashboards using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio. • Measure visibility across traditional SERPs and AI-generated search environments. • Use AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency and opportunity identification.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of SEO experience with 1–2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience delivering measurable SEO growth across competitive industries. • Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, semantic SEO, and content optimization. • Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, LLM visibility optimization, and AI-assisted search ecosystems. • Strong understanding of how LLMs retrieve and surface web content. • Experience building SEO automation systems using Python, APIs, AI workflows, or automation tools. • Strong analytical and business-first SEO mindset. • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Ability to showcase proven SEO case studies, traffic growth, and enterprise SEO achievements. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
