📋 Description

• Manage email marketing end-to-end across all stores • Initiate SMS and WhatsApp marketing, adding new channels to engage customers • Run A/B tests to continuously optimize subject lines, content, timing, and design • Report on campaign performance, tracking key metrics to measure impact • Own and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing within the Fashion or Home industry • Proven experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify • Experience in SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or in-app push notifications (a big plus!) • Skilled in creating both strategic and tactical email plans • Data-driven mindset; know how to measure and improve performance • Full ownership of work; thrive in a fast-paced environment
