📋 Description

• Communicate with drivers to manage workshop appointments • Prepare quotations • Contrast quotes provided by customers in enquiries • Consult references and repair times using available computer tools • Provide mechanical advice on enquiries • Check and record vehicle repair history in the vehicle database • Manage vehicle fleets according to manufacturers’ maintenance schedules • Communicate with workshops through available channels to resolve daily incidents • Provide high-quality customer service for customers in Sweden while assisting with vehicle fleet management

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training • Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage • Swedish C1/C2 is essential • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
