📋 Description

• Develop and grow the Aerospace & Defense market for France, identifying opportunities and supporting ongoing investments. • Maintain and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts. • Understand customer applications, assess needs, and propose solutions using the full Molex product portfolio. • Prepare business plans to ensure profitable growth aligned with corporate objectives. • Build long-term relationships through direct and frequent customer engagement. • Create and manage a Salesforce pipeline within accounts that reflects demand-creating activities to meet agreed growth targets. • Provide market insights to help shape regional sales strategy. • Deliver competitive intelligence on rival activity and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field, with several years of experience in electronics or the aerospace & defense industry. • Strong interpersonal skills to establish new relationships and expand professional networks. • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English and French.
