• Design engaging posters and social media creatives • Develop and maintain brand identity across platforms • Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) • Plan and execute content strategies for organic growth • Build high-quality backlinks and improve SEO performance • Manage social media pages and ensure consistent branding • Collaborate on content ideas and campaign planning
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role • Strong skills in poster design and visual content creation (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) • Experience in video creation/editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) • Understanding of branding and brand consistency • Hands-on experience with backlink building and basic SEO • Creative mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Nice to Have • Basic copywriting skills • Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube content • Familiarity with content planning tools
