📋 Description

• Deep-Tech projects: You will develop business-critical systems (focus on Rust) and build scalable, transparent architectures. • Strategic consulting: You will advise clients at C-level and architecture levels. • You will help them find the balance between innovation and economic sustainability. • Open-source-first: You will work in environments that treat open standards and digital sovereignty as a strategic advantage. • Freedom to act: You will enjoy full trust, work independently and implement best practices without bureaucratic constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• Rust expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience. • Confident handling of ownership, lifetimes and async Rust (Tokio) at an expert level. • Consulting mindset: You are used to structuring complex issues and presenting them confidently to groups and decision-makers. • Results orientation: Quality over promises. Proof through Rust code references or repositories is mandatory. • Sense of responsibility: You are looking for a full-time challenge where you can make a real impact. • Moderate willingness to travel to client sites is required.
