📋 Description

• Own a domain within our Go codebase • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code quality • Step in and keep projects moving when your lead is unavailable • Participate in pull requests, code reviews, and technical discussions • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • 4–5+ years of full-time professional software development experience • Production experience with Go (Golang) or another C-family language • Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers • Clear and confident communicator • Comfortable with advanced topics such as build pipelines, caching mechanisms, and database optimization • Proactive and proficient across the entire product development lifecycle • Experience with CI and testing frameworks • Healthcare experience is a plus; exposure to FHIR, HL7, or DICOM is highly desirable
