📋 Description
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
🎯 Requirements
