📋 Description

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior partners and consultants • Manage confidential client information and executive candidate data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism • Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and assessment sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and professional presentation • Prepare and format comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables to executive search standards • Maintain and update candidate databases and client relationship management systems with accuracy and attention to detail • Handle sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of senior staff members • Manage office operations including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and administrative systems • Support new client onboarding processes and maintain organized filing systems for active searches • Assist with research and market intelligence gathering to support executive search projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5–7 years of senior-level administrative experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or executive search • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems • Experience with CRM systems and candidate tracking platforms strongly preferred • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interactions • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating needs • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required for client needs • Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with C-level executives and board members
