• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Set delivery priorities, workload allocation, and quality checkpoints across hiring pipelines
