📋 Description

• Drive business growth and customer success within the designated territory • Execute sales strategies and meet ambitious growth targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative • Optimise daily efforts to improve growth performance and customer value • Collaborate with Product, Support, and regional sales teams • Share field insights to help improve Halter’s technology for farmers • Conduct on-farm sales meetings and communicate product functionality, benefits, and value • Build and grow a pipeline of qualified farms • Manage newly sourced and inbound leads through screening and qualification • Build and leverage industry relationships to strengthen Halter’s brand • Work with the Regional Sales Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting • Help optimise and evolve the sales process • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Deep passion for helping farmers succeed • Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector • Experience growing new business • Experience owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to close • Driven to exceed goals in a sales role • Proactive, hands-on approach • Phenomenal attitude and ability to overcome challenges • Team-player orientation • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy • Hunger for success and personal growth • Willingness to travel within the North Canterbury / Selwyn region • Must submit a CV and cover letter
