📋 Description

• Oversee upkeep and repair of Halter’s on-farm infrastructure • Diagnose hardware issues and quickly communicate findings to the appropriate team • Support farm deployments, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installations • Provide field insights to product and engineering teams • Participate in the global on-call roster for tower-related incidents • Collect, interpret, and analyse hardware data to optimise processes and operational efficiency • Identify issues proactively • Help build and manage a maintenance system tailored to the Australian market • Collaborate across Halter’s teams to drive strong customer outcomes • Travel to farms across Australia approximately 3–4 days per week, including some nights away from home • Take on other duties needed to support Halter’s success in Australia

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach and ability to figure things out on the go • Ability to translate field observations into clear, actionable feedback for remote product and engineering teams • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently • Ability to work with people across different locations and time zones • Comfortable working in an early-stage market-entry environment with ambiguity • Commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining infrastructure • Willingness to travel regularly and sometimes spontaneously across the region • Australian work eligibility or a valid Australian work permit • Full, clean driver's licence
