📋 Description

• Maintain and repair Halter’s on-farm hardware infrastructure • Diagnose hardware issues and provide feedback to relevant teams • Repair and upgrade infrastructure • Deliver towers and collars as required • Provide on-site support during farm deployments and troubleshoot installation issues • Participate in the global on-call roster for tower-related incidents • Collaborate with hardware, product, customer success, and other Halter teams • Resolve technical challenges promptly to minimize disruption to farm operations • Collect, interpret, and analyse hardware data • Optimise processes and extract actionable insights to improve operational efficiency • Develop and manage a maintenance system for the New Zealand market • Travel throughout the North Island and across New Zealand • Support customer outcomes and maintain a feedback loop with Auckland headquarters

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting • Proactive approach and willingness to tackle challenges independently • Practical skills and resourcefulness to handle a wide range of tasks • Ability to manage own time and complete tasks on schedule • Strong collaboration skills • Commitment to providing high-quality service • Willingness to undertake spontaneous and planned travel, including 3–4 days on the road per week and up to 3 nights away from home per week • Full, clean driver's licence • Ability to work in New Zealand • Agriculture experience is preferred but not mandatory
