• You call pre-qualified leads that we have generated and contacted automatically — with the goal of scheduling a conversation. • You re-contact companies that have already been in touch with us — bringing them back into the conversation. • You document results briefly and clearly — no CRM fuss, no deep admin work. • You support our team in making our outbound communication measurably more effective. • You actively contribute ideas on how we can further improve our telephone lead follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• You speak German at native level. • You are a enrolled student — field of study doesn’t matter; the main thing is you’re not afraid of the phone. • You communicate clearly, sympathetically, and directly — in German without stumbling. • You enjoy genuine contact with people and want to create impact. • You follow up persistently, even if it doesn’t work on the first try. • You are interested in digitalization, industry, and startup spirit — experience is not required.
