📋 Description

• Create and maintain customized customer documents, such as invoices, contract confirmations, and letters • Adapt forms to meet new requirements • Improve creation processes and implement new features • Implement initial AI-powered automation approaches • Analyze and resolve issues in document generation processes for print, email, and archiving • Provide customers with reliable and transparent support in the event of incidents • Actively help shape AI-powered process automation

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational training or degree, along with programming skills • Affinity for IT and a genuine willingness to learn new software solutions • Practical experience working with AI systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team while interacting directly with customers • Knowledge of OMS software • Proficiency in MS Office • German language skills (minimum B2 level) • English language skills • Preferred: Experience working for a municipal utility or energy and utility provider • Preferred: Experience with document generation, OMS systems, or form design
