📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems (2012r2, 2016, 2019, 2022) • Manage DNS, DHCP, File Services, and Print Services server roles • Perform patching, upgrades, and system performance monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions • Monitor server health using Microsoft System Center or other monitoring solutions • Manage Active Directory forests, domains, trusts, user accounts, groups, and permissions • Implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and configure AD security policies, auditing, and monitoring • Plan and execute AD migrations, upgrades, and restructuring • Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments • Apply Windows Server and AD security best practices, including role-based access control • Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements • Conduct regular audits of server and AD configurations • Maintain documentation for server configurations, AD structures, and processes • Provide reports on system performance, incidents, and compliance metrics • Develop and update runbooks, guides, and SOPs • Assist in IT infrastructure projects • Provide technical guidance and training to junior administrators • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Total 7+ year of experience • Must be willing to work in any shifts • Proven experience in managing Windows Server environments (2012 and above) • Expertise in Active Directory management and troubleshooting • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and scripting • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., MFA, PKI, and identity management) • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid AD setups • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent (preferred) • Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM) (preferred) • Understanding of DevOps principles and tools for CI/CD (preferred) • Experience with backup solutions like Veeam or Commvault (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management
